Register in their server:
http://www.sonicrealmsracing.co.uk/league_fox09.php

After log in, sign up for the league:
http://www.sonicrealmsracing.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=2212.0

Then, they will send you the qualify server and password in their forum's personal msg. Log in the qualify server and try to do your best up to the saturday previous to the race date. "The pre-qualy server closes Saturday midnight BST." (GMT+1)
If you manage to be in the top 64 racers, you're in. :-)
